Mrs. Kaley Macomber and Mrs. Amy Mason did an outstanding job both describing and showcasing the residential property at 306 Stonington Way, DeLand Florida for my eventual purchase. They both went above & beyond board, not only depicting the various attributes of the home but also contributed personally to fix several issues (out-of-pocket) to remediate some physical plant concerns to my complete satisfaction. The property was favorably closed on August 24, 2023. Both agents are a definite asset to the real estate community through their professionalism and tireless efforts that worked with both the seller & myself to successfully consummate my Florida home purchase. I would strongly recommend them to any future clients without any hesitation or compunction at all.

Five stars for Kaley! She was--and continues to be--kind, attentive, deeply knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. Today most companies and businesses spend most of their time creating an image of professionalism and being trustworthy to get results (selling their product instead of making a product that sells). Kaley doesn't focuses her efforts on making the product which people want to buy (a valuable resource and guide in buying a house). She went above and beyond, answering calls after hours and working hard to find the best solutions for both me and the seller. She seamlessly streamlined deadlines during a tricky short sale negotiation and kept me fully aware of everything that needed to happen well before each deadline, ensuring we closed as quickly as the banks would allow. It was a fantastic team effort, and I would love to work with her again. If you're looking for an excellent realtor, look no further than Kaley!
