We hired Kaley in June of 2021 to help us sell our home in Florida. Kaley not only sold our home but she walked us through every step of the process and then some. She helped us stage our home, brought in a professional photographer, helped with inspections and meeting with all potential buyers. Kaley answered her phone no matter how many times I called her with questions or concerns. She was upfront and honest about what was best for us from listing to closing. Not only did Kaley help us list and sell our home...but on moving day when our movers didn't show up Kaley helped us pack our 26 foot moving truck so we could move across the country. Not a single item in the truck was damaged throughout our drive from FL to MN. Kaley is a wonderful human with a sharp mind, years of real estate experience, negotiating skills like non-other and a heart of gold. I highly recommend Kaley for all real estate transactions.

Five stars for Kaley! She was--and continues to be--kind, attentive, deeply knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. Today most companies and businesses spend most of their time creating an image of professionalism and being trustworthy to get results (selling their product instead of making a product that sells). Kaley doesn't focuses her efforts on making the product which people want to buy (a valuable resource and guide in buying a house). She went above and beyond, answering calls after hours and working hard to find the best solutions for both me and the seller. She seamlessly streamlined deadlines during a tricky short sale negotiation and kept me fully aware of everything that needed to happen well before each deadline, ensuring we closed as quickly as the banks would allow. Kaley and Amy were a Super Star team! I was selling a house from a distance (I live in another state) and they really went over and above and helped with EVERY aspect of getting the house ready to sell! They lined up charity pick-ups, delivered items to shelters, rolled up their sleeves and did really hard work to make this sale happen. I can't even express how wonderful an experience it was! Very responsive to ALL of my questions. Absolutely wonderful experience. Highly recommend these two !
